Try this if you are having trouble logging into Business Central

It has come to our attention that some users are experiencing issues connecting to Business Central. To remedy the issue, clear your Cookies and Cached Files. Dependent upon which browser you use, perform the following steps:

Microsoft Edge:

  1. Navigate to the Menu (the … dots), then Settings, then Clear Browsing Data).
  2. Delete your Cookies and Cached Data files
  3. Try launching the Business Central website again.

 

Google Chrome:

  1. Navigate to the Menu (the … vertical dots), then Settings
  2. Scroll down to and open the Advanced settings
  3. Click on Clear Browsing Data
  4. Check Cookies, and Cached files
  5. Click the Clear Data button
  6. Try launching the Business Central website again.
