Our Distinguished Leadership Team has over a century of combined Accounting, Technology and Operational Experience. They provide passion, knowledge and enthusiasm for all of the staff at ABS, LLC. This family business has grown, but still emphasizes the heart, soul and integrity that it was founded upon. Each member of the team is hand picked and must embody the characteristics that have made ABS a leader in the ERP consulting industry.
Christopher J. Carrigee, P.E., CPA, President
Chris graduated from Louisiana State University in 1990 with a degree in Electrical Engineering and subsequently obtained Professional Engineering and CPA licenses. Prior to founding ABS in 1999 in New Orleans with his father, Henry Carrigee, Jr., also a CPA, Chris gained extensive project management and information technology experience in the energy industry. His high-tech expertise blended with his extensive knowledge and experience in accounting make him an invaluable asset both to ABS and to our customers.
While the original office in New Orleans is still in operation, Chris opened a new headquarters in Austin, Texas in 2008. ABS subsequently opened an additional office in Nashville, Tennessee.
Chris has served previously on the Louisiana CPA Society Technology Committee and has contributed articles to various technology publications. On his down time, Chris enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his four children.
Henry E. Carrigee, Jr., CPA, Partner
Henry, a native New Orleanian graduated with an Accounting degree from Louisiana State University in June 1966, and obtained his CPA license in 1972. Henry has extensive experience in accounting and auditing for large CPA firms and ran his own CPA firm for 20 years. Ahead of his time, Henry has been working on computer systems since their infancy. In 1999, Henry decided to utilize his 30 years of accounting and computer systems experience to partner with his son, Christopher Carrigee to form Advanced Business Systems, LLC. Henry administers the Advanced Business Systems office in New Orleans.
Henry holds a number of Microsoft certifications in Financials, Implementation, payroll, and Serenic not-for-profit. He is also certified in SAP Business One implementation. Experienced in both auditing and tax practice, Henry concentrates primarily in the design and implementation of computer-based accounting systems.
In his spare time, Henry enjoys spending time with his wife, Janet and their four children and 17 grandchildren.
Alan Campbell, PMP, CBAP, CSM, and Prosci Certified, Director of Projects Team
Alan Campbell is a senior ERP executive who partners with CEOs, executives and ERP professionals to maximize business value to organizations through the delivery of ERP software solutions. After spending nearly forty years working in the ERP industry as an end user and partner, Alan delights in helping project teams and customers learn how they can deliver high-performance results; It’s by connecting people in a collaborative implementation approach that he delivers great results.
Alan has worked in the role of sales, consulting, development, business analysis and project management with mainframe, on-premise and cloud solutions. Over the course of his career, Alan has worked with service, distributions and manufacturing organizations in the United States and internationally.
Alan is a PMP (Project Management Professional), CBAP (Certified Business Analyst), CSM(Certified Scrum Master) and a Certified Change Management Practitioner (Prosci).
Don Domzalski, Chief Technology Officer
For over 20 years, Don has been architecting and developing software solutions in a wide variety of functional areas from aerospace to warehousing. Don has specialized in formulating solutions that integrate and enhance the functionality of Microsoft Dynamics GP & NAV utilizing the full Microsoft .Net stack.
By leveraging his diverse business background and skills, Don is able to devise custom solutions tailored to meet his clients’ specific needs. Given his years “on both sides of the table,” Don is uniquely able to not only address his clients’ technological needs, but their business needs as well. As a result, he is able to deliver solutions providing high ROI while reducing the overall time to develop.
Through his career, Don has been able to spend time in 32 of the 50 states as well as spending significant time in Canada, Mexico and China. In his spare time he enjoys keeping his “geek” on creating microcontroller based electronics projects as well as developing casual games for the Windows Mobile platform. Don currently lives outside of Dallas, TX with his wife and teenage daughter.
Newell Price, Account Manager
Newell graduated from North Carolina State with a degree in Social Sciences. This began his career in the technology sector which included stints at the flagship IBM and Xerox corporations. Newell started working for GBA systems in Greensboro, North Carolina in 1999 and that is where Newell became introduced to the award-winning NAV system. Newell then purchased the NAV practice from GBA in 2004 and founded Deep River Technologies with two partners. In 2016 Deep River was merged with Team Technology of Matthews, North Carolina and he stayed on board about 18 months prior to coming aboard with Advanced Business Systems in November of 2017. Newell has worn many hats in his career in the Microsoft NAV channel including implementer, Project Manager, and Support assistant. Newell offers a unique perspective and valuable knowledge to our customers that ensures they are benefitting from their significant investment in Business Technology.
When Newell is not at work he volunteers at several organizations including Boy Scout of America, Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society. Newell also enjoys fitness and outdoor activities with his family.
Patricia Carrigee Cash, Director of HR & Accounting
Patricia Carrigee Cash earned her BA from the University of New Orleans. In 1999, she earned her Navision Certification in Sales. She has fifteen years of experience in Navision Financial Accounting, General Ledger, Payroll and Bank Reconciliations. She works in the ABS office in Metairie, Louisiana handling invoicing, accounts receivable and payroll. She has 33 years of experience in the field of General Accounting. Patricia and her husband, Tony, have three grown children.
Stefan Goepel, Director of the Project Management Office (PMO)/ Senior Project Manager
Stefan has over 10 years of experience managing Microsoft Dynamics NAV and AX ERP software implementations. He has worked with clients in the technology, distribution, manufacturing and service industries in Europe and North America. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional for Dynamics NAV and a Microsoft Certified Specialist for Dynamics AX.
Stefan relocated to the U.S. in 2010 and currently provides information systems analysis and business process design for Dynamics NAV implementations in the South Central Region. His detail-oriented and quality-focused approach creates value for his clients and peers. He joined Advanced Business Systems in 2014 and manages every aspect of the ERP project life-cycle, building lasting relations with his clients.
Stefan holds a Master of Science degree in Business Computing from the HTW University of Applied Sciences in Berlin, Germany. He lives in Houston, TX with his wife and his three children. He enjoys mountain biking, playing tennis, the outdoors and traveling.
Theo Kersten, Senior Advisory Consultant
Theo earned his degree in Economics and started working with Navision in 2003 in the Netherlands, shortly after it had been acquired by Microsoft and rebranded to Dynamics NAV.
In 2010 he moved to Nashville, Tennessee and joined the ABS team. Since that time, his ability to develop customized process improvement systems has been a tremendous asset to ABS and our customers. He has extensive experience in implementing IT solutions to manage any aspect of business operations from business analysis to data conversion and start up support. He is multi-lingual and enjoys cycling through the country roads of Tennessee. On his off time, Theo loves to travel the world with his wife Annemarie and son Daan.
Joanna Davis, Director of Customer Service
Joanna has been instrumental to the Advanced Business Systems team since 2005 and has over 20 years of experience with NAV and NAV-related Enterprise Resource Planning software. She is a seasoned accountant, project manager, business consultant and customer support specialist. Since obtaining her bachelor of science degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky in 1985 and her CPA in 1990, she has worked for a wide range of companies providing accounting, controlling, project management, training, and information technology services. She holds certifications in Enterprise Foundation, Distribution, and Human Resources/Payroll.
