Microsoft Dynamics NAV Powerlifting 110,000+ Installs!

You now have the color coding of the tiles in the role center to direct the users attention to areas that they need to concentrate on. We now have the totals on the bottom of the pages instead of having to go to the statistics screen. Required fields are now marked instead of having to do something custom for clients. The use of Office Document templates is so easy to use and customize on a case by base basis. The search box sure helps with Navigation too.

Running a tablet client in NAV 2015? You only have three simple steps to get running. Users can now consume NAV on Windows clients, Office 365, Web and Tablets. Whatever custom development you may have done will work across all platforms. CONCLUSION:

What we have seen over the past few years is Microsoft working on the technical infrastructure aspects of NAV. Now that this has been accomplished they are shifting focus to improving the functionality and useability of NAV. NAV “Corfu” (this is the Microsoft code name)  is due out in the fall of 2015. What you will see there is continued improvements to make NAV easy and simple to use. You will also see Workflow, Document Management and OCR functionality, E-Service Integration and enhanced Finance functionality. We will continue to keep you informed as we learn more about “Corfu”.
