In my previous blog I showed you how to load master data into Project Madeira from an Excel file.
In this blog and the video I will walk you through the Sales Quote to Cash process.
So in the video I will first demonstrate how to create a sales quote in Project Madeira (this can also be done directly in Outlook, which will be demonstrated in a next video).
The Sales Quote is sent from my integrated Outlook-email to the customer’s Gmail account, who confirms the sales quote which I then turn into a sales order.
Next I will show how the posting of the order will create shipment and a invoice documents.
And lastly the video will show how to post the payment based on a bank statement.
