The problem has been that users will run the G/L Register report from the menu, and filter the report. The next time the user goes to a Journal and clicks Post & Print, the report has kept the filter previously input by that user. The G/L Register report is also assigned by default in the NAV US version in the General Journal Templates in the Posting Report ID field. To correct the issue manually, the NAV user would have to go to the G/L Register report from the menu, and remove the filters from the report and click run, then cancel it for the filters to be removed.
